The staff are attentive, the breakfast is hot. It has excellent and unbeatable location to see a Gothic castle.

It was good value. Many things to mention - everything was clean, fantastic food, astonishing views. In our top-class room with a comfortable design there were lovely beds.

The room specifically with a bath. The location was absolutely perfect and nice unable to access public transport, you may take train on Cardiff Central train station within 5 minutes walk from here.

Recommend to stay here. Modern, reasonably clean place, worth its 4 stars. The staff is extremely helpful at all the levels. Perfect location to the Princpality stadium, you can walk everywhere.

This brand-new hotel was worth a visit, good value. The room was good sized and well soundproofed for double sink and I appreciated amicable staff.

Had a great Xmas stay at a hotel in Cardiff. Loved the great location, close to shopping areas, train station, and public transportation. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from and the food was excellent. Service staff were friendly and the hotel was very clean and tidy.

There were a few downsides to the stay. The bar could have used more staff, as service was slow and the prices were quite expensive.

The hotel had a great location and was very clean. The rooftop view was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious.

Our room was very dark and dull without a window. We also found the additional cost for the thermal suite quite expensive.
